Astro Deathwatch is published by Primitive Recordings LLC. This policy describes the information the site uses to operate its editorial, contribution, community, analytics, and advertising features. It is not a promise that every optional feature is active.

Information you provide

Contribution and representative-review forms may collect the name, email address, source details, evidence, and editorial information you submit. Editors use that information to review the submission, prevent abuse, and contact you when follow-up is necessary. Submitted contact details are not automatically published.

Polls and basic operations

Polls use a browser cookie and a short-lived, salted daily network-address hash to reduce repeat voting. The application does not keep the raw network address in poll records. The hosting platform may maintain ordinary security and access logs. WordPress may use cookies needed for signed-in administration and community accounts.

Analytics and advertising

Optional Google Analytics and advertising remain disabled until configured. If enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies, device information, page activity, referral information, consent choices, and advertising identifiers as described in Google's own policies. Consent Mode starts optional analytics and advertising storage as denied. Where required, a Google-certified consent platform presents choices before eligible advertising is delivered. You can review how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google ad controls.

Use and sharing

Information is used to operate, secure, measure, and improve the site and to review editorial submissions. It may be handled by hosting, security, analytics, advertising, and other service providers only as needed for those functions. Astro Deathwatch does not sell editorial influence. Sponsors cannot change Watch rankings, Meter values, or coverage.

Retention and choices

Editorial records may be retained to preserve sourcing, decisions, and corrections. Operational records are retained only as reasonably needed for security, abuse prevention, and site operation. Browser controls can remove cookies. When a consent message is available, use its privacy choices to adjust optional processing.
